AB Transitio is owned by 20 of Sweden’s regions and is governed by a Board of Directors representing its owners, together with a Chief Executive Officer responsible for the company’s operational activities.
The Board has overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and appoints the CEO. The CEO manages the company’s operations in accordance with the Board’s directives and objectives.
